You could probably get accurate buttons 3D printed without breaking the bank. As for this coat, lovely as it is, it is way out of my price range. Especially as I would never get to wear it as Florida is too darn hot for that sort of thing. Didn't they make one of these before? I thought I saw some cosplay stuff on Mandarake a while back.
