WATCH IT NOW! I'm not a huge anime fan but there's so many references to Kamen Rider and Super Sentai in Samurai Flamenco that I love it! It's on Netflix and Crunchyroll! Anyway...

IIRC this was the first tokusatsu to use VTR for production and one of Toho's non-kaiju toku shows. Also the protagonist later was a supporting role for Gransazer and the heroine was one of the viillains.
