The snl skit that he did with Seth MacFarlane where he was a war vet attending MacFarlane's character's ventriloquism class was awesome.

I think Bill Hader would do a good job as Alpha 5. I mean is Alpha 5 supposed to be comic relief?

Would you imagined Alpha 5 with Flint's voice or Fear's voice

This is technically not his first role as Robot, he was consultant of BB-8 along with Ben Schwartz! Even he confirmed his involvement in Jimmy Kimmel interview!

What would happens if BB-8 was voiced by Bill Hader or Ben Schwartz?

This movie just keeps getting better and better. I have high hopes for this movie, I'm really hoping I'm not disappointed.
