I spent some time looking at the trailer comparing the untransformed wizard in the trailer to his actor in the show and I noticed they both have a mole on their neck and one their hands so unless it is a huge coincedence or they went all out on makeup it seems like at least the actor for haruto will be back in this movie.

Sorry but I rather deal with a cold reality and be pleasantly surprised instead of having hope and being disappointed, that's just how I roll. You’re right about one thing though, nothing's confirmed yet

But I feel like that’s the kind of detail they would want to get right if they show everything but their faces, so that people can still imagine the characters standing there.

Good point however most of the time they dont even try to get voices that sound like the actors. And for all we know they are back but just for that scene and maybe say like two lines after that.

It may be disappointing if they don't come back at all (that's unconfirmed at this point, it might be a surprise maybe) but regardless, I just see there inclusion as a bonus at this point in time. But I think it might actually be a good movie, I mean they're putting a lot of effort into this.

That's how they're all named. Movie War Genesis was referred to as 'Movie War 2016' and Movie War Full Throttle was 'Movie War 2015'. In fact, the first Movie War, released in December 2009, was actually released as 'Movie War 2010'
