IVs are a non-issue in SM, and you just need an Everstone for natures. It's kinda easy at times

tbh there's no point in resetting for your starter as A: Single player's MUCH easier than competitive, B: NO access to Hidden Abilities, which can make or break a pokemon, and C: Ditto for breeding purposes

Z-Parting Shot heals the replacement 100%, and Silvally learns it, so I'm trying to see if I can have Zygarde 10% carry Focus Sash so that it gets 1HP, switch into Toxapex, set up toxic spikes, switch to Silvally and make sure Z-Parting Shot heals a Zygarde Complete before destroying everything
