Technically more could have died remember that one person who died was covered up who knows what else has been covered up

So Zyuland is a bit on the paranoid side. And Larri was the one afraid of us?

I'm glad to finally know why the Bard was so adamant in ensuring the portal stayed closed.

This was another really good one. Zyuohger's been getting my attention a lot easier lately, and I'm really happy about that. Dig how they've made the whole "pack" thing a thematic element throughout the show. Also, were you speaking with confidence at the end there, Micchan? Good on you, showing some growth for once. That's a subtle moment but it was really cool seeing him cheering Yamato up instead of the other way around.

Wait, he did? Am I forgetting something because I was sort of getting the impression they're setting up some reveal where that guy will conveniently turn out to be Yamato's dad or something. Or did they already mention something about him in the past episodes that would contradict that idea?

I mean, one, Yamato lives with his uncle, the implication being that's been the case ever since his mom (and specifically his mom) died, if I'm remembering that episode after Bunglay showed up right. Two, the flashback explicitly takes place at least long enough ago that Tusk wasn't born yet. Three, it fades out before anything "conclusive" happens, which wouldn't be unusual for a kids' show, obviously, but usually you'd see something like a shot of somebody looking over the edge of the cliff or the narrator of the flashback using some euphemism that makes it clear what happened. And four, there's Bard's cryptic line about Yamato "sounding more and more like him" at the end.

Whoever that guy was, I get a feeling he's not quite some one-off character. I don't know, I guess I could just be stupid but I'm not usually one for fan speculation and it seems strangely brutal of Zyuohger to just be like "this guy fell off a cliff and died".

Now things are starting to get dark. Glad that bud told the reason why he does not like Zyuland cause a human died in Zyuland and they cover it up.

Can't wait to see how Genis has a hand into all of this.

So the actor who played the young human in Bud's flashback scene was none other than kid Ankh from Kamen Rider OOO.
