Mine's literally the waist. It spins around like there is no friction at all. I think hips would be worse, but it is still pretty annoying.

Kirby was the king! His stuff is just sooooo kinetic and powerful - those fingers make fists to destroy the very fabric of the universe. I don't know how deep into old comics you are but, don't sleep on his New Gods / Fourth World books - that stuff is brilliant.

Who's in that other book? Romita and Heck? Heck really got a bad rap back in the day but, I think he's great.

I've already read the Fourth World books. Amazing stuff. It's a shame Kirby never got to complete his stories. The Bronze Age is my favorite era for DC, so I've read quite a few things from that era.

It's more of the Marvel stuff I'm not too familiar with. I spent half of this year reading X-Men from Claremont's run through Age of Apocalypse. I'm currently reading the Lee/Ditko era of Spider-Man and Doctor Strange. I've got got the next volume of Spider-Man that Romita did with Lee and the Roger Stern era.

As for these Cap books, the second book is with Colan and Romita. Most of my experience with Cap is from the 90s with stories like Streets of Poison and then the Serpent Society stuff.

Mine too! Of course, that's when I got into them but, even though I think late 90's early 00's DC is really good (same with Marvel, post-bankruptcy), the number of just hits is ridiculous. Alright. I'll leave it at that, wrong thread!

You know, I was really planning on collecting all of these, but those plans sort of fell apart early into November for a few different reasons. Hadn't thought much of it since, but having these in hand really makes me want to reconsider. Man they're nice toys.

At the least, makes me want to get Bakusou Bike and MAX so I at least have the main Riders'.
