I just found out Ariados gets a new signature move, Toxic Thread, it poisons and lowers speed. That's actually pretty cool

I figured I'd make my own deals in GTS so I can knock out Politoed, Scizor and Slowking. Really trying to get as much done before the mid-Jan update renders that a moot point.

@Klonoa: Do I have your new F.Code? I know your old 3DS broke so I think it's OK to ask you this.

It's something they seem to be seriously working on in this gen, giving previously unremarkable Pokémon their own niches either through abilities or moves. Like Drizzle on Pelipper or Burn Out on Typhlosion.
