I'm going to vote for G-12 from Go-Onger. It was so strong that the final boss had to take most of the team out of the picture before they could use it because, as the final battle showed, G-12 can take him out with no trouble.

GokaiOh seems pretty bad (as in good - like the Powerglove), one tough customer.

But I'm sure there's some crazy abilities on some of them over the years.

Great Beast God, but maybe that's one of the less powerful gods, like the Greek god of wine Dionysus or what have you. Just for the sake of debate.

I think the strongest mecha is Daijinryuu from Dairanger, due to sheer power and size.
However, it's a bit of an exception because it's a neutral party anti-hero, not really a traditional mech.

Counting only ranger owned and operated, I think the title goes to SaiDaiGekiTouja or SaiDaiGekiFire.
Because they're constructs made of Geki, it would be reasonable to assume they're growth is parallel to the rangers, and all of the rangers continue their martial arts even after they finish. Add in that they were also empowered by the Beast Bloom to grow their power 10 fold, as well as reuniting Juken through the help with the Kenma, basically giving them Geki and Rinki, I figure it's a pretty damn strong robit now
