Why does he cost more then your standard SHF? Does it have something to do with sculpting that realisticish face?

Yes, accessories. Those arms are nice and big so he may actually be a double plastic tray figure. He'd almost have to be in a double layer package since he comes with that much stuff. Which means a larger box as well. So increased price.
