Apparently, Standard pikachu is Pokemon Center exclusive while the winking one is GSC Online exclusive.

Edit: Read that wrong, thought standard Pikachu came with regular release. Guess I won't have a Pikachu for Red. At least SHF Ash comes with one I think.

Son of a bitch the GSC one only ships to Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore. I wanted that winking Pikachu.
