Ditto. Nitrogue and Bloodstark seem like the Mashin Chasers of the show.
But then again, maybe one of them or both of them will be evil Kamen Riders next year around the 1st Quarter.

Nitrogue and Bloodstark seem like characters who might turn good or be on their own side but I definitely feel that one of them will become a Kamen Rider.

Or they're two different individuals. Their designs and combining weapon - and that they each have only one FullBottle - lead me to suspect someone (a later, third Rider, Claws, or Build) may use their FullBottles in the Build Driver to produce a split form much like Build's, half NightRogue and half BloodStark.
