That's not what Shiny Lock means... Koko is Shiny Locked, it's Shiny just isn't unobtainable.

My thoughts on the leaks
Lycanrok Dusk literally has Midday stats but 2 less sleed points in return for 2 attack points. Tough Claws helps I guess?

Naganedle (Poiple/Adhesive's evolution) is pretty cool, Poison Dragon type with 73/73/73/127/73/121 as BST and it looks like Mega Beedrill

Stakataka/Assembly: 61/131/211/53/101/13. If this thing gets Trick Room it'd be damn good if it wasn't for multiple quadweaknesses

Zeraora, the new mythical pokemon would be cool but I fucking loathe mythical pokemon. Electric type with Volt Absorb, 88/112/75/102/80/143. Has a signature move which turns normal type moves into electric type moves

Ultra Necrozma is cool in motion and is absolutely insane. 97/167/97/167/129 as BST which makes it the strongest non-transformed pokemon period (neat Athos reference), Psychic Dragon, a new ability which gives it a free Expert Belt (makes it stronger if it lands super effective hits), a signature move, Photon Geyser, which uses the strongest offensive stat and a powerful Z-Move
