I assume you mean Brian right? Touta Tarumi played Dr Hirosaki, the man responsible for hacking Brian and turning him against the Winspectors. Ultimately leading to Brian's destruction. But no, they haven't made a figure of him yet. I've mentioned it in all of my Winspector reviews but Brian would sort of be a dream. He shares basic tooling with Bikel & Walter so it wouldn't be so far fetched. But he's just obscure enough that I doubt he'd see release.

Bit of a shame that smaller stuff like the badge and the handcuffs were exclusive to this set. Looking sweet nevertheless. Hopefully I'll be able to complete my Winspector team at a reasonable price.

The show itself is pretty good. You shouldn't expect it to be your standard toku though, considering that they'll fight human criminals for the most time.
