It's actually Dinosaur War Izenborg. A Toku series produced by Tsuburaya that was a blend between your standard Daikaiju action as well as anime scenes. It's somewhat meta as it's set in a universe where Ultraman is a TV show.

It's part of Tsuburaya "Dinosaur" trilogy of shows.

There's info out there that you can dig up on Google without much trouble, but, yeah. There's some basic info. There's a lot more info on what the show is actually about on both Wikipedia and the Ultraman wiki, but yeah, there's something to get you started

My biggest question is why half the pictures posted here have Arabic or something written on them, and what that has to do with anything.
EDIT: Apparently it was super big in Saudi Arabia. Cleared that up
