so, 10 episodes in. what are your thoughts on lupat?

Zyuohger is good and I did enjoy it. It's just most of the monster designs I didn't care for. It was even worse with Kyuranger.

Kyuranger's monsters were really good IMO, mostly because they were all references to alien/conspiracy things, which was very fun and made them stand out. Most of the monsters in Lupin/Pat are good, but I feel like animal themes are very played out, and we could go for something more unique.

Honestly, this is the first time I've made it 10 episodes into a season of Super Sentai so far, but I absolutely love it.

Maybe it's because it feels similar to a Rider season for me, with the whole Ranger vs Ranger conflict going on. I think the characters are well-developed and fleshed out, and I really like the Ganglers as well. Plus, the action is top-notch.

I'm really wondering why we needed double teams this year.

Everything about the LupinRangers feels more than interesting enough to carry a series by itself.

Because its a gimmick to sell the series to investors, and gain more marketing buzz
