Damn it. I love Saga. That design is just beautiful and he's a powerful rider that in any normal match-up would be a big contender. But against Shadow Moon? I just can't see a win for Saga.

Saga can pull through. There is always that possibility. Besides, if Double could beat Shadow Moon, Saga should be fine.

Riders who will be in the ROTY Tournament- OOO, Decade, Kabuto, Kuuga, Knight, Skull, Agito, Dark Kiva, Den-O, Birth, Amazon, Super-1, Kiva, Double- 2 spots remain (the winner of the other battle going on will fill in one of the spots, while the winner in here gets the last spot.)

Kamen Rider Yuuki

Yuuki:

Hi-Jack Form is the form of Kamen Rider Yuuki that Shiro accesses on his own. Hijack Form has a black and red color scheme, compared to Skull Form's black and gold color scheme, lacking the skull-theme, and gaining a mechanical-looking gauntlet on his left arm. Hijack Form also performs the Terminate Flash, but does so with his Savage Gasher sword, in itself a 7-piece modified DenGasher. This form also uses exploding tops in combat that can be multiplied using Shiro's whip.
Can revive an army of Imagin to serve him.
Controls the Ghost Train, a skull-faced steam-engine that transcends the world of the dead and the flow of time.

Eternal:

Katsumi Daido is a Necro-Over, an undead skilled combatant. He is proficient with combat knives.
Transforms using the Eternal Memory and a Lost Driver. The Eternal Memory also allows him to use the other T2 Memories without having to insert them in his Lost Driver and transforming with them.
The Eternal Edge is Eternal's primary combat knife that is summoned through the powers of the Eternal Memory. When the Eternal Memory is placed in the weapon's Memory Slot it initiates the Eternal Requiem Maximum Drive which disable the original Gaia Memories.
T2 Unicorn Memory- Allows Eternal to use an energy-drill powered punch Maximum Drive.
T2 Zone Memory- Allows Eternal to summon all 26 T2 Memories to his Maximum Drive Slots.
By filling all 26 of his Memory Slots through the T2 Zone Memory, Eternal enters his Strengthening Armament mode. In this mode he is able to absorb the X-Bicker's energy to produce the Eternal Wave to execute the Never Ending Hell Maximum Drive utilizing the Eternal Edge.

Yuuki. Hands down.
Eternal was only strong because he could neutralize other memories.
