Kabuto is a show I've never seen, but the design are great. I probably prefer the original Kabuto over this, but the same grat design elements are there, and those wings are amazing.

Besides all of the obvious improvements, this one also likely also doesn't include an inexplicable paint fading feature! Wooo!

But really, it's perfect. I freaking love Hyper Kabuto and getting the original release was a gift for me and I loved it at the time, but this is in every way better. The wings in particular are just brilliant.

Really happy they did the moving armor pieces and the like! Not a lot of characters have that but man I'd love to see that kind of gimmick more. Also the beetle wings really helps bring back the lost Kamen Rider bugness that's less of a priority anymore. I get why it's been lessened, and think overall it lets them explore designs they couldn't otherwise, but I'd like to see it come back hard soon.
