A design like Wizard really makes me wish there was a higher end, guaranteed-poseable Kamen Rider figure line where you could just change parts for other forms. I don't need nine Wizards.

So if pre-orders start July 2 over there, does that mean sites like Amiami and BBTS won't take preorders till that date as well? Is there an exact time?

I don't know about BBTS, but yes, Japanese retailers like AmiAmi and HLJ open their pre-orders around a set time on July 2nd. HLJ does it with no warning whatsoever, AmiAmi puts them up earlier und then unlock them on a given time.

When those times are depends on where you're form, time zones and such. I can only really help you if you're from Europe, if you live in the US or elsewhere then maybe someone else could tell you.
