I skimmed through some of Power of the Primes, and it seemed to have improved by that point.

I like the animation they had, but it kills me that that it looks so stiff specifically when there isn't a whole lot of action.

I can't speak for them but Prime's budget issues are REALLY obvious as you watch the show.

Not many characters, episodes mostly set in the desert, suddenly getting rid of two characters with celeb voice actors to save money, etc.

(Let's not even count the fact that, in the US at least, the show was airing on a channel which got an average of only 56,000 viewers daily [although according to Wikipedia, Prime got average ratings of 107,000 viewers]. Say what you will about Cartoon Network shoving RID at like 6:30am, but according to this, the series had an average viewership of 566,000 watchers in 2017, so YEAH)
