This thread made me realize that I can't recall musical themes of Rider villains at all.

That being said, in a cruel twist of fate, I think my first answer might actually be Necrom's theme from Ghost. If there was one thing they got right in that show, it was the music.

Ranbu Escalation (Because Kaito totally counted as a villain in that final battle)
Wish in the Dark is probably my favourite one here that's a true villain song, because it slaps so hard.
