Nah, they apparently took inspiration from Marvel's cinematic universe because I believe I have seen the Riders up until and including Decade labeled "Phase I" and W to Zi-O "Phase II" in relation to Zi-O merchandise.

@Topic: Good to see that all the Heisei Rider cards are included. I'm tempted to get this but I don't know if I want to drop 100 bucks on it or not.

So far the Neo Heisei Riders who have Final Form Ride is W (split into two Riders: W CycloneCyclone and W JokerJoker) and OOO (become OOO Armor for Decade's power up in S.I.C. Hero Saga)
