Very nice. I hope these Rider Time-specials act as an "Episode 1" for each future Rider, meaning introductions to how they got their powers, who their enemies are etc.

A lot of Rider suits past the initial set for a series (not including forms most of the time) do tend to kitbash/repaint old suits. This is used to save the budget for more important things down the line, ESPECIALLY if they're only gonna use the suit a couple of times, like with Shinobi, Quiz, and probably Kikai. Plus, at least they didn't pull a Gosei Green on us and just quickly change an already existing suits color in post-production; they out in an effort to make a new suit with a new theme out of old parts, and it does look pretty good considering the part re-usage.

I am excited to see the special, as I do wish that they had used these Riders a bit more. Hopefully, it can help set up some plot stuff because I'm interested in the two timeline stuff and I kinda wanna see how it works. I do also hope that we get some special villain for it, that'd be cool.

There is a simple way for it to not suck so badly. stop watching it. and stop pooping the party of everyone else enjoying it.

You're really complaining about Kamen Rider reusing suits for other riders and forms ? What have you been doing these 20 last years ?
It's almost a Kamen Rider trope at this point.
Either accept it or stop watching it, if that's an eyesore for you. Cause it will always be like that.

The enemies are probably going to be previous enemies, considering that in Zi-O Episode 17, Kamen Rider Shinobi was fighting Stardust Ninja Dustards from Kamen Rider Fourze.

They probably will have enough budget to make at least one original monster suit. The Zi-O episode already had Another Shinobi and Woz in the same episodes, so it'd be hard to cram a new unrelated monster on top of it all.
