thanks to a Fan Facebook Group we have word that Runa Natsui who played Kaoru Shiba in shinkneger and again in the goseiger vs shinknger movie along with 2 parter episode on Gokaiger, she now slated to return again in the up coming Vs movie. Remember this is great way to have her character mature more and we learn more about her. also make sure you take this news as a grain of salt.

Oh if true, that would be rather good news. She's been a most fascinating character since her debut in Shinkenger and I've appreciated every appearance of hers ever since. This would also be a character we've really seen grow as she was so young in Shinkenger.

Definitely can't get enough of the only female Red senshi. I still don't know what to make of Gokaiger labeling her as an "Other" hero, though.

I think that was just because the role of sixth was already taken. The same can be said for Dekamaster.

Plus its not like she was around very long

Because the male Shinken Red was used as their Red hero for Shinkenger and unlike the Thunder rangers (Gouraigers? I dunno their Japanese name) for Hurricanger, there was already 5 members for use

Watching Shinkenger, I always thought Takeru and Kaoru shared Shinken Red powers so that only one of them could use them at one time. Thus, both Takeru and Kaoru are effectively "Shinken Red".

I guess it's not a bad idea giving her "Other" status and separate powers though, because it means that she isn't forced into early retirement just so Takeru could be the leader.
