Source for discussion: Did Kagami truly earn the Kabuto Zecter, or did Tendou send it to him because he somehow knew that Sougo needed it to create the Kabuto Ridewatch?

On one hand, that's a very Tendou thing to do, but on the other, I don't think Zecters are well known for taking orders. I'm going to go with "both".

Zectors kind of do their own thing. While Tendou could have sent it, it doesn't rule out that it just decided Kagami was worthy, either.
