Unfortunately I feel the door might be closed on those two. No recent reappearances to really make them relevant. I do miss the times where every show got pretty much every form and every Rider as a given, but I guess a combination of Bandai being spread too thin with their other licenses and each show just having so many forms nowadays made it impossible.

Don't forget the global repercussions by the ongoing trade war. Minor, most likely, but still a factor.
