Although Shinkenoh is technically a torso-and-limbs combo, the transformation gimmick for each of the origamis helps me ignore that fact. But Judging by composition and complexity I would have to say either Victory Robo from GogoV or Daibouken from Boukenger takes the cake.

Don't forget GaoKing and Magiking. Plus GaoRanger was the last series where the aux zords could make all new combinations, not just become arms exclusively.

Incorrect. The auxiliary mecha from Boukenger could form a combination of their own as well.

Simple combo but the most creative design with those origami options. Not a fan that the other mechs in the line are part formers, but they do form a nice cohesive ultrazord. Victory Robo is a little bland for my taste. I do like DaiBouken.

My issues with those is they don't form a decent ultrazord, if at all. It's fun to have aux zords form new megazords but I'd like them to all come together as well. I do like the Magiranger mechs, but been reluctant to get them due to not forming an ultrazord. Same for Gaoranger.

Also on the topic of why we are convinced weapon mashin dx series items are aux mecha (my assumption from moment 1) is the use of the word series i dont think that has ever applied to weapons just figures and mecha.

Weapon mashin set 2-2nd set
Kiramazin and mashin armed set- tue combo pack with main mecha and either set 1 or 1+2

Bandai/Toei are cracking down HARD on leaks to the point where they didn't even have a catalog at this years' retailer meeting.

we can still expect to see the new Super Sentai by Xmas- this is usually when the TV-Asahi site goes live with series details.
