So what happens if it's a tie? Do we leave it open until one of them gets another vote and that rider wins right away?

Yay! So Sentai's helping me out with the Rider battles, and ZeoRangerV is helping me out with the Sentai battles! Next year is gonna be fun!

I'd suggest a Kyodai Robot battle, but I'd imagine it would be tricky to quantify how strong those are.
