I've never pre-ordered a Tamashii Web Exclusive. I'm in the US... can I pre-order directly through the Tamashii site? Or do I have to go through HLJ/Nippon Yassan/etc?

Nippon Yasan / Anime-Export or another middleman service of your choosing.

Neither Tamashii US nor regular retailers like AmiAmi or HLJ will carry it.
