Kinda hoping we get something fusion based like Ultraman Orb and his first form is a fusion of 2 of Ichigo/Kuuga/Zero-One (more likely Ichigo/Kuuga)

I'll 2nd this -- I haven't seen a single episode of Zero One yet, but man the suit designs are amazing. I'm hoping Saber will continue with this.

When I think of the name and meaning; I think of Kamen Rider Shinobi due to his catchphrase and word meaning in kanji being "heart" and "blade". We could be having a theme similar to what they did with Kamen Rider Zi-O/Kikia with a robot so the theme could be misleading. I think it could having something else that part of traditional Japanese folklore with maybe the European aspect being a third party or main big bad.

I am not sure on the ninja aspect yet but something to do with Japanese folklore and monsters seems likely, which is why I think this could be something of a mix bag of Blade, Hibiki, Den-O and Ghost. If done right it could be amazing.

That'd be pretty cool, if his gimmick is swords. I could see that working for legend riders.

If they do something Japanese-oriented I can picture them recycling the hiden disk gimmick from Shinkenger and make the tsubas, the katana hand guards, collectibles.

I know a lot of people have probably said this, but what if the belt is like a scabbard/sheath for the sword, a la Kamen Rider Saga?

If they screw this one up; I will probably give up on kamen rider; I am a dungeons and dragons gamemaster and I LOVE knights.

My ideal colorscheme would be silver armor, dark grey undersuit; gold detailing and a blue cloak and lenses.
