I wonder if they try and mirror the actual King Arthur Story and have his first weapon/rider suit be the sword in the stone and he upgrades to Excalibur?

Remember folks the Sword in the stone & Excalibur are NOT traditionally the same weapon.

Aparently it depends on exactly what tradition you want to look at. Mythology do be like that.

Thinking about it's quite easy to put together a set of riders based on myth,fairy-tales and folklore characters combined with a weapon theme:

King Arthur: Sword
Robin Hood: Bow
Perseus: Shield
Red ridding hood: Axe

Heck even go for a deep fairytale cut:

Humpty Dumpty: Cannon

Had a thought: what if the Driver is based around a storybook theme and the collectibles bookish based.

If the show ends up being based on Arthurian Legend, we totally need Percival as the 2nd or 3rd Rider.

After reading that character synopsis... I mean, I'm pretty sure Hikawa was in Agito as G3, so I'm not sure how they'd bring him back for Saber. But maybe!

And then the Rider's gonna have a son/assistant/friend who's gonna be the Mordred of the show and starts a rebellion against him.

And then there's gonna be the Tristan, who is forced to fall in love with the Isolde.

My goodness this is gonna be one crazy season if they adapt Arthurian myths. And don't even get me started on the Holy Grail.

OR, all of the protagonist's forms are the knights of the round table, secondary Rider is a ninja rider whose forms are all based on the Sanada 10, etc.

You could get so much good comedy out of Kamen Rider Percival being the only main Rider without a bike, and every time he tries to get one it goes wrong somehow XD
