Is there confirmation that SHOUT!/TokuSHOUTsu will be adding the Gain series? Shin's been on the Toei YT Channel and only there officially since that thing started.

That a really weird choice. My best guess it to promote CSM Gaim. But I feel like Heisei Vs Showa would've been a better choice considering Hongo actor actually returns in that one and they do have the original series up.

Agree they do seem tohave some random picks... I mean maybe we'll get an official sub for Gaim soon that wouldn't be too bad. But it would be nice if there was a bit more of a pattern behind this stuff. Then again patterns sorta ruin any chance of a surprise (unless we look at shout factories surprise release of Jetman)

Though I gotta say I'm not gonna complain about another bit of official rider media.

This could be a test. Release the gaim movie- see how many views it gets, then decide if they want to do with the west what they did with Gaim for Japan. Ep 1 available for like a long time with the rest of the episodes being available for a week at a time/in batches until it reaches the finale.

Why take the time to officialyl sub a series that might not get many views I'm sure toei knows well enough that both sentai and rider reception varies series to series so a movie would be an ok way to test the waters i guess. At the very least we cant rule out the possibility of the series itself coming a little later.

Gaim if anything seems like a very safe bet -- it's very popular in western rider fandom, it's had a lot of merch lately and that side of the fandom often seems to be what TKR targets. I'm surprised it took this long if I'm honest.

I don't see anything about TokuSHOUTsu in the announcement. Am I blind?
