I actually used an online tool to crop away most of the background.

I could split the original gif into frames, put the X problem frames into GIMP, draw over Touma in X frames, and delete the rest of the frame, apply a transparency layer, and put them in place of the old frames.

But that's if you guys want a more clean gif. 'Cause I'm not doing what I said above for 99 frames all from scratch.
