Rest In Peace. One of the best parts of the original Ultraman show indeed. If someone asked me why bother with the original show, my answer would be Ide.

I don't watch Ultraman (except for X) but it's always sad when someone dies.

Oh man, that sucks. He was really memorable both on the original show and when he guest starred on Max.

Sad to see him go. I actually just finished watching Ultraman earlier this month and he was such a wonderful presence in it

This really hits hard. Especially when it's someone as beloved as Ide, and one of my favorite team members in the franchise.
