Are the 1st Rider series and V3 out by either Shout or Mill Creek? Then I can start at the beginning.

If you're asking about physical releases, then no; SHOUT has yet to release any DVDs or Blu-Rays for Kamen Rider (and Mill Creek isn't involved)

With which case I'll need to get the Malaysian sets again for the Rider line due to no Internet.

Hopefully this won't be the case with the Ultra line as I try to get official sets when possible.
