Given an image I found, apparently OOO’s Vistamp would have a yellow background with a green animal, the opposite of what Cheetah has. With this information, Cheetah is more likely to be one of these four:
1. Shin
2. ZO
3. J
4. Amazon

I don’t know how to upload it, but it shows the background colors for the Vistamps corresponding to all the past Riders, and OOO has a yellow background. I’m guessing the animal image of that Vistamp would be green. X and Kabuto have light blue; the yellow is shared by OOO, Kiva, Zero-One, and Agito; Hibiki has purple; Blade and Riderman have dark blue; Nigo, V3, Stronger, ZX, Ryuki, Wizard, Drive, Build, and Saber all have red backgrounds.

It’s based on this video where the Driver is forced to reveal the colors it glows when transforming into various Genome forms.
