My sets I have are region free. Zen is in great shape considering where I sourced it from. I have an HD TV running which bumps up the quality and my player does 1080 so double advantage to me.

To put things into perspective, Shout! Factory announced they had licensed Kamen Rider Zero-One in April 2021. It didn't come out on Blu-Ray until January 2022.

I guarantee you that it's just Toei dragging their feet as they always do. They are undoubtedly going over Media Blasters' translation, menu designs, cover designs, etc. with a fine tooth comb. Keep in mind this is the same company that put out a DVD of Godzilla Vs. Megalon with unauthorized special features, which completely destroyed their relationship with Toho.
