Rail Rescue Zords from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue would have been the primary zords (New name for the US.

Color Changing between the 5 Rangers (Likely a first for Power Rangers.)

Shadow Line faction kept with a new name.

Imagination theme likely would have been swapped out with new US story.

Possible team up with Ninja Steel as a movie was already made. (Toei)

Cube Zords swapped out and new US footage made for the zords

Rangers become Ninjas Footage used but Suites held back till MMAR.

Ranger Changes

Had MMPR II used the Dai (Great Ranger) suites Zack would have become the Green Ranger.

Had MMPR III would have happened with the morphed outfits Kim would have been the White Crane Ranger giving us two for MMPR III. Saban gave us a US Exclusive Pink Ninjetti outfit to match the core five replacing the white in the core five to maintain the color palate of MMPR. The second US exclusive is the Titanium Ranger from Lightspeed Rescue. 3rd US exclusive are the Spirit Rangers in Jungle Fury. E One has given us another US exclusive with new Morphed outfits not seen in Ryu Soul. This could be a new direction for Power Rangers.

10 episodes had been cut from Time Ranger before Time
Force had started adapting Time Fire.

Most of the unadapted story had involved Don stealing cash. Also Lila had tried to use a liquid from a polluted ocean to beautify herself. Sion (Time Green) had saved a village with a beach.

In Time Force it was Mr. Collins rather than Time Fire who saw the Red Ranger without his black visor on the helmet.

This one is backwards.

Time Ranger never said when the Q Rex was but had only said
that the Q Rex was lost in time.

Time Force actually revealed the when location of the Q Rex
and Commandicon bright it forward to 2001.

In Time Ranger the arrival of The Q Rex was never mentioned
as to how.
