A fusion-themed rider series for Reiwa's anniversary?

They could pull a Kaku / Mystic Force two phase hybrid

1 The Riders become Zords and then

2 the Zord later become a mega Zord.

Not like PR but Rider themed.

Rider has yet to have it's hero become a bike. So it would be something new.

Combine that with the Agito Tornador from Decade, which I think sorta counts, then it's happened, like, 3 times? Which isn't a lot in 50 years, but it's not never.
