No idea what bilibili is, but does the site have an actual license to show the series? Because the fact that they blocked it insinuates to me that it doesn't.

No but for real, just get a VPN if it's blocked, you should be able to unlock just about any region-locked content that way. I'm sure there are free ones.

So despite putting the Stacey type character on the core team this season they're still also going with a rival dark Ranger to the Red. Rascles seems like an obvious choice
