Actually, the bit about Billy piloting the Wolf zord is confirmed via the opening sequence. So there's no copium on that part. Lol!

This has been a "debate" since some behind the scenes photos suggested it. She's also wearing an orange shirt.

She'll likely have dinosaur powers and ride Sasori Voyager/Cosmic Scorpion Zord with little to no reference to any constellation (cause that thematic organization from Kyuranger is quite clearly being excised unless episode dialogue makes mention of it though I highly doubt it at this point).

I imagine she'll have a dinosaur motif (maybe dimetrodon?) like the others, but I'm not sure why you doubt they'd keep the constellation theme when the show is literally called Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.
