She?s dead. She can?t get payback on anyone. And if any villain was going to be revived, it?d probably be someone who was more of an active threat, like Beroba or Suel.

I’m not saying Toei can’t revive her. I’m saying there’s no point as her death was fitting and she was never a central antagonist anyway. Why revive Samas instead of Zitt or Beroba, both of whom did more as villains?
