UW Vul Eagle/Kawashima was played by Catcher Nakazawa, who portrayed Daita/Kong in the Wizard and Fourze crossover movie as well as many small roles in shows such as Zi-O, Orb, Geed, Kyoryuger, etc.
UW Zyuoh Eagle/Iwashita was played by Ryuma Hashido who most notably portrayed Tasogare/Kamen Rider Eternal in Kamen Rider Gotchard, Eida in Kamen Rider Zero-One, and Kamaitachi in Kakuranger: Act Three (the 30th anniversary special). He's also a suit actor who notably suit acted as Kamen Rider Eternal in Gotchard, Wingman in Wingman, and Kingranger in King-Ohger in Space.

Both have the Japanese word for eagle (washi, わし, 鷲) hidden in their names.

Rikuo gets compensation for his recent unsuccessful episodes at the very beginning, so now he has Sentai rings to put in the box Osai sent. It's funny that the lion-based ranger got two eagle rings, but in the context of the story, giving them to Kinjiro would have made no sense. The team itself has two serious opponents at once. First: No-One Tag, a kaijin with a secret that even Candle doesn't know about. Secondly, Universe Gaored, Gaia Todoroki, who can control animals, which is a serious problem for an animal-based team. Well, the Super Sentai anniversary show was bound to feature a cowboy-themed character. The victory is achieved when Hoeru decides not to follow the rules, which, while controversial, works as character development.Also, since this is still an episode with an emphasis on Rikuo, it is he who comes up with how to deal with the beast tamer music. But after a spectacular demonstration of Wolf Decalibur's capabilities, the secret of Tag No-One is revealed: inside it is another monster, inside of which is a woman important to Gaia Todoroki. What a matryoshka! I wonder if this concept will be developed and how far they will go with it? I already had an idea that maybe the secret villain is inside Queen Juno, and inside her there is actually someone who needs saving. But that's a question for the future.
Also, when Gaia said that he was looking for a beast with one horn, I immediately thought of Sumino, considering that she was very suspiciously not in the cafe with the others. I think it was a special trick for the audience.
Overall, I liked it. I'm looking forward to the next episode to see how Gaia opens up and what he'll teach the team before he rides off into the sunset.

Onigokko No.1 is a clever reference to Hibiki and Gaoranger, which both involved Oni and now they're associated with Nakamura Yuichi.

And it's Hoeru's decision that helps Rikuo realize what he was missing. Way back in Episode 2, we saw how Rikuo wasted time looking up about treasure hunting while Treasure No.1 proved that treasure was everywhere, which led him to change his approach and he might've succeeded if he had started with that. Rikuo performs excellently under pressure, against Tokimeki No.1 for example, but overthinks when given too much time. Hopefully this experience will teach him to have faith in his impulsiveness like Hoeru from now on.

From Onigokko No.1's perspective, this is also a good moral about making the rules clear at the start, or else you could lose from a sudden disadvantage. Basically, he's the opposite of Treasure No.1, as he's the only one playing the game normally while Hoeru and Rikuo are determined to win by any means available to them. Not all No.1s are equally No.1, I guess.

The surprise No.1 resembles Duke Org Loki, who also had a secret identity hidden inside him. How appropriate that the defeated Onigokko No.1 tagged in this new enemy.

Looking back, I hope they bring Kawashima and Iwashita again later, maybe as Kinjiro's new friends or something and call each other Washi Sankyoudai (Three Eagle Bros).
