The encounter with the monster that swallowed his bride, as well as the words of hatred from her, immediately deprive Gaia of his feigned coolness. He tells them the tragic story of their relationship with Runa. It turns out that No-One Oni swallowed her dead and this was the reason for the creation of the kaijin matryoshka. Gaia is ready to die, but to free his beloved from posthumous suffering, but thanks to Rikuo's miraculous hearing, the song and her words, he remains alive. The monster is defeated and the wandering cowboy leaves the show and the battle for wishes, giving his ring to Rikuo in gratitude. He has the whole world and the promise of Rune to meet in the next life.
A good romantic episode, very tragic, touching and sentimental. Even the fact that our main characters are essentially background characters in it does not spoil it. It also shows the variety of themes and stories that this show can tell.
And in the next episode: Red Racer is a maid! It's also a Ryuga-centric episode, which makes me really happy, since GozyuTyrano is so far behind the others. I mean, we don't know much about him other than his love of cooking and his worship of Tega Sword, so a little backstory and character development wouldn't hurt.

Surprisingly good two-parter. And I’m not saying that because I think Gozyuger is bad, but because I think they went really hard on certain elements that didn’t even need to be this explicit to work for a children’s program.

But Kuon is… just kind of there, huh? Not much ring hunting happening anymore. I guess they will do more stuff with him later, but he’s just kind of chilling after making a big splash as he was introduced.

Yeah, it's actually weird that they didn't use Candle instead, considering he was the one who talked to Bouquet in the eleventh episode. Especially since Kuon doesn't even use his ability to summon rangers. Maybe Garudo has some kind of obligation to appear on the battlefield often to advertise his toys.

Yeah, about time we learn more about his upbringing. I'm aware he's from a rich and strict family from the material that was revealed when the show was announced, but we haven't had a proper Ryugi episode yet iirc. I doubt we'll see his family appear in the next episode, but if they ever go further with showcasing his family later, it would be fun to see one of the Zyuranger alumni as his parent.
