The show producer comment says they will borrow this design for the show, so maybe this will be Super Sentai's Kamen Rider Shinobi/Quiz/Kikai/Ginga?
If they do, it would be funny if they somehow have Masato Wada aka Akiba Red and Risa Yoshiki aka Rika Sakurada as cameos at least (fun fact, they're a married couple in real life) or Jun Shison and somehow intertwine it with the theme of imagination or delusions.
But back to Origa Red, I love the puns (Kami Sword and Original Sentai FTW, with Original likely a portmanteau of origami and original ) and the paper crane motif it has going.

I'm so glad that the winner of this contest is an actual child, and not one of the adults that entered and just styled all over the kids with their well-drawn art.

And in this case, while the winner might not have the advanced technical artistic skills down yet, they did a good job expressing the origami motif overall and the wordplay for the names go well with the current show. I seriously hope this kid grows up to be the next Yusuke Murata. The winner has potential.

But will they be the Original (折リジナル) Origa Red, or a Universe Ranger chosen by Tega Sword? Out of the actors you suggested, preferably Wada or Yoshiki, since Sentai has had too much Shison recently even though he's supposed to be too famous. Alternatively, do what they did with Takeuchi Ryouma in Drive Saga Chaser and ask Luca for options of who he'd like to portray Origa Red.

For now, I'm thinking Original (折リジナル) Origa Red (since UW tends to be from previous shows), but I'm open to exceptions. Or maybe it's a Donshine (from Geed) situation where Origa Red is a fictional ranger within the universe?
As for the possible Wada and Yoshiki cameos, I picture them as the parents during a flashback or in present time of the actual guest star who is involved with Origa Red.

This is totally out of the blue, but being a milestone show I've been thinking, what if they give us a kid ranger like Kou or Riki? More specifically, Kou, so someone whose body grows to grown-up size temporarily when fighting as a ranger.
