I got two shipments from Hobby Genki last week. One delivered by UPS, and the other by DHL, and I did not have to pay a tariff on either.

I did some more looking into it with a second copy. Turns out you can also just take a fine tip cotton swab, dip that in alcohol/thinner, and carefully go to town on the forehead gem. It's actually red but they coated it in a darker paint too? Bizarre.
