Well, that was unexpected.

The episode begins with TegaJun's decision to get married. She sends three Bridan generals to find wedding gifts, which leads to their hilarious interaction with the Gozyugers. Along the way, TegaJun explains her motives to Garudo: to destroy the old world in order to create a new, perfect one. This is a great continuation and development of the idea of the world being unfair, voiced in the previous couple of episodes.
And if the wedding starts out a bit comical, then later everything turns into a real Apocalypse. People disappearing, the building collapsing, TegaJune descending the stairs with dark red liquid flowing down them. The brothers' fight on the decacaliburs was gorgeous, as was the subsequent fight of the mechs with elements of the wedding dance. I also liked the subtle emphasis on the characters, with Ryuga worrying about TegaSword and Kinjiro saving Hoeru. It all ends with the Gozyugers losing their rings, the birth of the destruction machine, and the disappearance of the old world. It should be noted that the show has created a unique opportunity for the debut of its Sixth Senshi. In essence, he will be a new hero in a new world with familiar faces. So it will be very interesting to see where this will lead. P.S. It's funny that Hoeru found a job that suited him perfectly, but still lost it. Although, I think he would have lost this job even without the end of the world because instead of selling tickets he went to the attraction himself, and with his friends. P.P.S. It's cool that TegaJune creates his world on June 1st. |

What's interesting in the next episode preview is that Tegasword's line was something to the effect of "Mashiro Kumade, you were alive this whole time?". Seriously, this is like watching Geats all over again. Off topic, I wonder when we'll see Origa Red.

Gotta say, I'm actually impressed with TegaJune's CGI, as there's a few shots where I actually thought that it's an actual suit.
