Yeah, I think so too. It's basically justified, especially for new viewers. After all, if you're going to sell Kamen Rider, you need to show the motorcyclist grasshopper, not just a superhero with a random theme.

Speaking of which, starting July 15th, YouTube will remove monetization from videos with AI-generated images. Then you will be able to see the source code of this teaser and find out whether it was condemned or not. If someone wants, they can even complain to YouTube so that it will definitely be checked.

Uuuh.... videos do not have "source code" theres no way it could possibly work like that. If this is true, they will be using AI to check for AI generation, and it will probably be very inaccurate, because all the AI detection models are. False positives and false negatives out the wazoo.

If this is true, it will be a great harm to content producers, whether they usae AI or not. This trend of AI generation backlash has been going too far, effecting people who don't use AI, and advocating for laws that will harm people who dont use AI. Its important that people understand this, its likely many lawmakers in many countries will try to sneak bad copyright laws into play by labelling them as anti-AI bills.

I am not Anti OR Pro AI BTW, it does many GREAT harms, and many reasonable goods. Figuratively, its a gun. its not a simple thing, it needs to be used properly to benefit anyone, and it probably won't be.

Yeah the AI backgrounds are garbage. Any studio that uses AI, even for something as simple as a background graphic, is just removing one thing that a paid artist or photographer could?ve provided. Hell, there has to be some royalty-free repository they could?ve used rather than AI garbage.

Shame because the suit looks badass. Like a sleeker, more organic Zero One. I just hope the AI shit is relegated to this teaser.

While I admit the general truth of the statement, in this case I think that the person responsible for creating the backgrounds simply decided to finish the assigned work more quickly.

inb4 they were grabbing stock background assets from a repository somewhere because they were just quick shots for a teaser. Because like, stock photos and the like aren't safe anymore now that Generative AI pictures have flooded and taken over the internet like crazy.
