Sentai: Gozyuger episode 16.
Rider: Geats episode 29.
Ultra: Ultraman Arc episode 1.
Garo: GARO 2006 episode 9.
XtremeVanguard: episode 1.

Sentai: Carranger episode 26. Best comedic episode ever and why Minoru/Green Racer is my favorite from the show.
Rider: Kuuga episode 2, because peak Takatera.

Ultra: Mebius episode 41. A real heart-warming episode. I would like to suggest/encourage watching at least the first handful of episodes of Ultraman 80 in advance for this one.

There's no way I can reduce over 1000 episodes per franchise to only 1 favorite each, so I'll mostly just give a few recent examples.
