Love the camaraderies between the Bridan generals (unless your name is Garyudo). I'm surprised that the three actually manage to inflict damage on Bellum, something that the Gozyugers (sans Gozyu Wolf) failed to do.

Another surprise is Rikuo actually gaining the upper hand against Rei in his Magi Red form during their final battle, though I suppose Rei's declining health probably played a part in this. And thanks to Fire Candle tipping off the Gozyugers on Bellum's previous wound, the team manage to make a short work of the Calamity general as well as freeing Rei from his influence.

And finally, RyoTegaSword robo mode is a BIG BOY!!! That doesn't stop it form performing a freaking flip kick on Bellum before proceeding to evaporate the latter using its finisher!!! With Rei arrested and Sumino finally getting back Oto, that's one plot thread close.

Next week, we'll be introduced to Universe Ryu Ranger, who also turns out to be an old friend of Kinjiro!!!

Well, this episode mostly consisted of fighting, which didn't stop it from being very emotionally intense. First, Bridan desperately attacks Bellum and wounds him. Then Rikuo tries to take full responsibility, but the other Gozyugers don't let him. The short but intense battle with Rei and the final reconciliation with Sumino also touched my heart.Rikuo also got the chance to fuse with TegaSword, so Ryuga will start praying even harder. And DualTegaSword turned out to be absolutely spectacular.
In the end, everything ended well. Rei went to prison, but he and Rikuo became friends again. Sumino found her sister. Sweet Cake woke up. And even Assam was freed (by the way, he fits the role of Universe Shishi Red). But we understand that Calamity hasn't been defeated yet, and dealing with Kladis will be much more difficult. And Bridan is still capable of mischief.
The next episode promises a return to the fun, crazy fillers. And it looks like the heroes will be meeting their old friend Kijino. Well, now's the perfect time to shed some more light on this character.
